Prodigent

The client had no pre-existing identity; WEIT Marketing was asked to develop the Client's corporate identity from scratch. We defined the creative objectives, managed the naming, graphic design, and design review processes, and led the project to a timely and successful conclusion.

The project began with a series of open discussions that were aimed at understanding the Client's

• business goals and objectives
• strengths and differentiating factors
• target markets, customers and customer expectations

The name "Prodigent" evolved from a multi-session ideation process which featured full Client participation and engagement. The name was determined to be trademark free, and the domain name was available.

Mark mock-ups were created and iterated by manipulating color schemes, graphical element shapes and designs, proportions, and typography.

The Result

The result is a corporate identity that features a contemporary, high-tech look and feel, clean san serif typography that is both modern and professional, and phonics that invokes the intelligence, progressiveness, and edge the Client was seeking.

Prodigent is the brainchild of an entrepreneur seeking to build an entity that marshals the private equity and expert resources early-stage enterprises need to get off the ground and succeed.
