"With development of our new ASP-based solutions approaching completion, I invited Fred (Haskins) to assess our Website. He was candid, thorough, and specific about the changes needed to promote our "software-as-a-service" applications AND service the market for our traditional services.

We quickly realized we needed a new logo. Busy as we were, WEIT Marketing moved us efficiently through both projects, met all of our requirements and expectations, and hit our deadline on the nose. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the results."

With design of the Company's new logo complete, WEIT Marketing was engaged to upgrade the look, feel, and structure of the Keynote Systems Website.

WEIT Marketing performed the requirements analysis, managed the graphic design and design review processes, edited and populated all content, and then thoroughly tested the site to ensure it functioned flawlessly and met all Client requirements.

Challenges WEIT Marketing was asked to address:

rename and reposition the Company's products and services
create a look & feel that reinforces the Company's new logo
create an effective marketing platform for the Company's new line of ASP solutions
upgrade the user experience through use of modern site navigation schema

The Result

All of the challenges were addressed during the course of the 5 week project. The resulting site:

reinforces the Keynote brand
allows the target audience (prospective customers, partners, investors and employees) to quickly identify and reach content of interest
pushes news and event information to the homepage
features a scalable and intuitive navigation schema
features Flash that introduces the salient features of Keynote's ASP applications

Keynote Systems is a leading provider of Internet-based scheduling, HR management, billing, payroll, and general accounting systems and associated support services to the home health and staffing industries.
